Mr. Kumar is an industry veteran who leads strategy consulting across multiple sectors. A former Senior Strategic Consultant at ACG and Francorp, he holds an M.Tech in Petro-Informatics from UPES Dehradun and has trained analysts from premier institutions.

He has worked alongside global experts including Mr. Nasser Munjee and Mr. Vishvjeet Kanwarpal, delivering 100+ major consulting assignments across Power, Renewables, Clean Energy, Coal, Oil & Gas, LNG, Refining, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Transport, Metals & Minerals, and Climate Change.

He has conducted global market studies across 198 countries and 70 territories, and specializes in feasibility studies, financial modeling, due diligence, asset valuation, market simulation, RDBMS architecture, forecasting models, big data analytics, and regulatory benchmarking.

A visionary entrepreneur with over three decades of global experience, Mr. Avinash Nichkawde has built and scaled multiple successful ventures across Australia, the United States, and beyond. 

He is Chartered Accountant and Certified Franchise Consultant. He is both American & Australian citizen. He founded his tax and accounting firm, "Avinash Nichkawde& Co," in 1993, rapidly expanding to 7,000 clients, including 20 public companies within 4 years, in his 20’s.

He is known for providing out of the box solutions, such as introducing innovative services like mobile tax and establishing multiple satellite offices in Sydney. He later launched the "Australian School of Business & Technology," attracting over 900 international students at its peak and replicating success in New Zealand.

Additionally, he owned the "Civil Flying School" and "Power Education," employing over 200 staff across various ventures. In 2012, he moved to the U.S., turning around a failing retail business and establishing a successful consulting service for business migration.

He is the Founder and CEO for AN Global Holdings based in Texas and leads a global group with multiple subsidiaries across countries, driving innovation in business brokerage, franchising, and strategic growth. Known for his sharp business acumen, global vision with local insight, and problem-solving mindset, he is a trusted leader committed to delivering sustainable success.
